This popular class integrates breath and movement to help increase awareness and control. You'll get a great workout paired with a sense of accomplishment.

MEDITATION

Our mind is our greatest asset.  Learn how to control your thoughts, calm your mind, and breath yourself back into the present moment.

YIN

Relax, restore, and unwind. In our Yin class we will use the assistance of props and longer hold times to help increase flexibility and mobility.
